In collaboration with Applegate Tran Interiors, Alex Ray, and Liz Yisun Kwon, VELVENOIR curated an immersive installation by Korean artist Seon Ghi Bahk.
His charcoal forms, suspended delicately in space, seem to hover like memory — fragile, architectural, fleeting. Against the neoclassical grandeur of the ballroom, the work draws the eye upward, holding the tension between weight and lightness, permanence and impermanence.

The result is a room built for gathering that now offers something more — a contemplative counterpoint, a moment of stillness within a space defined by movement.
