For this eco-conscious residence just outside New York, VELVENOIR partnered with interior designer Laurence Carr to imagine a collection that does more than complement a space — it embodies the family’s values. Sustainability, circularity, and well-being shaped every choice, ensuring that the artworks resonate not only visually, but ethically and emotionally.
This was not about sourcing pieces to fill walls, but about listening — to the client’s values, the rhythm of the home, and the dialogue between art and design. We commissioned and curated works that honor ecological sensitivity while adding depth, texture, and resonance to each room.
The collection is more than a reflection of taste. It is a daily reminder of what the family values most — living with intention, surrounding themselves with culture, and building a future where beauty and responsibility are inseparable.
