Storytelling with Contemporary art and artists

Meeting with the client to discuss initial ideas and services. Since the resort was being built at the time of the consultation, she went through architectural plans and virtual projections of the space with the client to understand what concept, theme and inspiration the client was after and in which areas the firm requires to install the art. After the initial meetings, the client met our VELVENOIR representative, based in Africa, Ines Valle as well as our PR, Hospitality & Branding Experts who are working with Alexandra on this project together. A collaborative workshop is put together and hosted with our experts and the team from our client to start the story with a cohesive strategy and thoughtthrough concept.[/rs_special_text][rs_image_block align=”align-center” image=”13518″][rs_section_title align=”center” title=”but why to incorporate original art from career artists ???”][rs_image_block align=”align-center” image=”13521″][rs_special_text font=”google_web_font_Lato” tag=”h4″]PHASE II

With the team in place, the initial art concept was developed. Ongoing communications between consultant and client began to discuss proposed concepts and feedback – with each communication came a refined focus on the target. We developed a concept focusing on the following aspects: The curated and locally sourced art collection, takes visitors on a journey to explore the rich culture of Africa. The art collection, expresses the true
character of the land, the people and the unique African heritage. It tells a special story to differentiate the resort, serviced luxury apartments from others.[/rs_special_text][rs_special_text font=”google_web_font_Lato” tag=”h4″]PHASE III

We are currently awaiting the feedback from our client on the developed art concept proposal and strategy to sign off and for us to start executing. The next step is to create a strategy and project management timeline adhering to the client’s deadline for completion. Once all artworks have been installed by certified and insured art handlers, we will walk through the new artsy space with a professional interior photographer to start collating materials for the proposed PR, Marketing and Branding Strategy – to ensure the art collection is communicated as Unique Selling Point and interactive art experience.[/rs_special_text][rs_image_block align=”align-center” image=”13525″][rs_special_text font=”google_web_font_Lato” tag=”h4″]PHASE IV

An essential part of our job is to work with the client’s marketing team to address implementing the art investment in the company’s branding and marketing. We bring in our own experts for this, who support us and our clients on providing a tailored communication and PR concept as well as branding material. Additionally, we highlight the importance of hosting an art workshop for all employees and staff on site, have relevant merchandise across the entire property highlighting the art as well as hosting private art gatherings to create an engaging experience for hotel guests. We leave the project after providing our clients with all the relevant materials and infrastructure needed to host private art encounters, social media and marketing ideas to continually in the future.[/rs_special_text][rs_image_block align=”align-center” image=”13529″][rs_special_text font=”google_web_font_Lato” tag=”h4″]Over the last year I spend talking, researching and discussing this very exciting topic with many of my connections, from investors, to family offices to hotel owners and consultants many liked the idea and approach but couldn’t really understand what I meant by storytelling with art and artists – using the PR and name of the artist to attract loyal art collectors, lifestyle connoisseurs and anyone who just wants to be culturally relevant when traveling. I’ve selected two projects where I believe those case studies highlight the engaging experiences and underline how the ROI
