THE IXA, a distinctive concept, launched by Jennifer Ridel in collaboration with Alexandra Schafer, Alex Ray and the international VELVENOIR network. A select, luxury pop-up showroom-outside-of the showroom, where the latest in original art and home furnishings are brought together in architecturally significant properties. Clients can meet the artists, designers, and craftspeople involved in this luxury, buyable, elevated design experience.

THE IXA fuses three disciplines into one and invites clients to encounter the forefront of design trends, international art merged with the latest tech to enhance the experience – first hand.

THE IXA Venice Beach – invites connoisseurs to experience contemporary art and the latest interior design trends in a completely new way at a spectacular modern property in Venice Beach, California designed by the much celebrated Griffin-Enright Architects.

A concept, which merges a passion for art, design, and tech all under one roof for one month and allows clients to encounter an art and interior experience, not seen before. In order to launch the IXA in a completely new way, a collaboration with an app development firm was essential to allow all visitors/non-visitors to purchase EVERYTHING in the home via the app- whether they make it to the events or private tours, or not- even when the event is complete, the sales would still roll forward. Though this, the property and the furnished concept, will be able to share and visit internationally virtually at the same time be up to date with the latest design trends showcased by LA-based in Interior Designer Jennifer Ridel and contemporary pieces curated by the VELVENOIR Network. Throughout the IXA, various unique networking events, private dinners, and talks are hosted to invited clients to not only experience the concept by walking through and using the designed app but also meet industry experts who share insights on the importance of placing original contemporary art within a tailored design concept.

The concept behind the IXA experience is a unique symbiosis of interior design and contemporary art and is currently on display at the newly developed Residential project in Venice Beach by Developers Parrish Roback.The high-end living concepts are complete interior design solutions in which nothing is left to chance – clients are invited to encounter a curated selection of emerging furniture design brands in a combination of a curated selection of contemporary art by emerging and established career artists and it all fuses into one the IXA app. Which clients are able to download after the 20th July.
