Does Velvenoir ship internationally?
Yes, Velvenoir ships internationally to most countries. Please see International shipping for further information with regards to countries we ship to.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipment costs are determined by the size, weight and value of the artwork as well as the delivery location. Smaller artworks cost less to ship and larger works, especially those that require unique crating or packaging materials, will cost more to ship.
Are all Velvenoir artworks insured, when shipping?
Yes. Velvenoir insures all shipments, so that in the case of loss or damage during shipping we can refund the money of the damaged / lost artwork. In cases like that, please contact one of our team members via info@velvenoir.com to proceed with this matter. Please note: Artworks, with a high value – the insurance cost is higher than others.
How does Velvenoir handle the transportation process?
Every artwork, sold at Velvenoir is carefully packed in the most safe and secure method possible based on the work itself by the artist.
When can I expect my order to ship?
On the date, you’ve send us a purchase / enquiry request – we will send you a proposal that entails the entire cost for the artwork including duration of shipping. Please allow us 48 hours to arrange the transportation of your artwork, afterwards depending on location sent to the shipment usually takes within Europe 3-5 Business days outside of Europe up to 14 Days+.
Will I get notified when the artwork has been shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email from one of our team members, which entails the confirmation as well as your unique tracking code from the delivery company – this allows you to monitor your shipment directly. Please note, all orders are shipped and delivered only Monday – Friday
I would like to order multiple works of art – How can I combine them to ship them all together?
Generally, we can only offer to ship more works of art from one artist. If you would like to combine various works within one proposal, please contact our team members via info@velvenoir.com to prepare you a tailored proposal entailing all artworks you would like to purchase as well as the entire shipping costs.

Can I return an order that I have received?
All works on our site are final sales. Thus, we are unable to accept returns for these artworks except in the case of damage during shipping.
How can I purchase art from Velvenoir.com
Velvenoir does not offer a fully transactional ecommerce solution. Therefore, we’ve placed a form where you can send an purchase/ enquiry about the specific artwork seen online. To make a purchase, please fill out this form and submit it to us. You will receive an email within the next 48 hours entailing further information about the artwork as well as the shipping costs and duration. After receiving payment via Bank transfer or Paypal – your art will be shipped to you.
What’s included in the price seen online?
Applicable taxes are already added to the price shown online. Custom / Toll fees as well as shipping costs are NOT included in the price both are applicable according to the delivery address.
Can I view the artwork in person prior to purchase?

Our inventory is housed all over the world, so we are unable to accommodate viewing sessions prior to purchase. Please use our Velvenoir App to view the art placed in various design concept but also to place it in your home.  You can download the app via the app store – simple register and you will receive your access code.
Do you offer a trade program?
Velvenoir extends trade benefits to art advisors, interior designers, architects, builders, and developers. To learn more or to enroll in the program, email inquiries to info@velvenoir.com  If applying for tax-free status, applicants will be required to provide proof of employment and a Tax ID number.
What are your return and cancellation policies?
Artworks offered through Velvenoir are not eligible for return and cannot be cancelled at any time once an order is placed. These sales are final. Return policy facts are indicated on the item detail page. Please review our Velvenoir Return Policy  for more information and instructions
